We offer free shipping on most e-bike models to the US, EU, and UK. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your local warehouse location.
What is the return policy for Fiido e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim or replacement process.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Fiido electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery. Specific components like tires and brake pads are considered wear-and-tear items and have a shorter coverage period.
Are the bikes water-resistant for riding in the rain?
Fiido e-bikes have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water to protect the electrical components.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna or Affirm for flexible financing options, allowing you to pay in installments.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Fiido bikes arrive 85% to 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual in every box.
