At Fiido, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for unused ebikes in their original packaging to ensure you have the best riding experience. Please ensure all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team at support@fiido.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Fiido ebike and all included accessories in the original factory box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Fiido
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our designated service center for inspection.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
